The Abinger Edition of 'Alexandria' is due to be pusblished next month, so February 2003. The notices on Amazon.co.uk and -.com seem not to have been updated and have retained the original intended publishing dates. Someone from Trafalgar Square publishing - they distribute the book in the US - kindly informed me of this.
The book contains the final edited versions of both 'Alexandria: a History and a Guide' and of 'Pharos & Pharillon'. Indeed, a treat for Forsterites!
